Stefan Viljoen and Johan De Kock team up for their debut single “Shining” on the In Trance We Trust imprint. Merldy B was assigned for the vocals.
Stefan Viljoen is a Producer and DJ and has always had a passion for electronic dance music. His goal is to preserve the underground dance music culture by using positivity in the music industry. As a producer Stefan Viljoen writes music that is driven by his passion for DJing, always keeping the dance floor in mind and he focuses on expertly constructed sets and clean mixing when he performs live. As an artist Stefan Viljoen maintains a clean cut image and strives for professionalism in all aspects of his life and consistently delivers quality music and performances regardless of the scale of the event.
Johan De Kock's music is firmly planted in the future, while tightly gripping to the gold the past had to offer. Johan is most notably influenced by the trance and progressive sound of late 1990's, drawing inspiration from artists like Paul Van Dyk, BT, Sasha, Digweed, Ferry Corsten, Breeder, Cass & Slide and radio shows like the ones from Derek "The Bandit" Richardson, Pete Tong, Judge Jules and Graham Gold. As a producer, Johan De Kock has had released tracks in the realms of electro, techno, breaks and drum 'n' bass.
Merldy B is a soulful South African singer/songwriter and visual artist. She has collaborated with many artists and she's known for her jazz and nu-soul strengths for performing her original material at concerts, festivals and International conferences. She now displays her skills on “Shining”.
